Questions

Creator FAQ

How do payments work?
When a brand approves a delivery, a 3-day payment deadline starts. The brand pays the creator directly by UPI or bank transfer using the payout details the creator shares, then records the transaction reference on Hyppe. The creator confirms once the money arrives. Payments that aren't recorded in time are flagged as overdue to both sides and show up on the brand's public payment record.
Does Hyppe hold the money?
No. Payments go straight from the brand to the creator — Hyppe keeps the record, the deadlines and the reminders, so both sides can see exactly where every payment stands.
Who owns the content?
It depends on the usage rights in the work post — from no reuse, to reposting on the brand's channels, to paid ads, to a full buyout — and for how long. The rights are part of the terms the creator accepts, and they apply once that delivery has been paid.
Can brands hire creators for daily or weekly content?
Yes. A work post can be one-time or recurring — daily, weekly or monthly for a set number of deliveries. Each delivery has its own due date, review and payment.
Are follower numbers verified?
Right now creators enter their own numbers and link their profiles, so brands can check them before hiring. Brands can also see each creator's track record on Hyppe: how many deliveries were approved and how many arrived on time.
What if a brand wants changes?
Each work post states how many rounds of changes are included. The brand can approve a delivery or send it back with feedback, and the creator resubmits in the same place.
