Hyppe is an online service
Hyppe is an online marketplace where brands hire Instagram and YouTube creators for paid content. Hyppe does not sell physical goods and does not ship anything to its users. There are no shipping or delivery charges for using Hyppe.
Access to the service
- Hyppe is provided online at https://hyppe.in. Nothing is sent to you by post or courier.
- Your account is available immediately after you sign up with your email address and password or with Google sign-in, and you can start using Hyppe straight away.
- The service may occasionally be unavailable for a short time, for example during maintenance. If you have trouble accessing your account, contact us at admin.hyppe@gmail.com.
How creators deliver their work
All work under a collaboration is delivered digitally, inside Hyppe:
- Creators submit each delivery in the collaboration, as links to published posts and/or uploaded files such as videos, images or raw footage, as the campaign terms require.
- Due dates are set by the campaign terms agreed when the creator is hired. In a recurring campaign, a delivery is due for each cycle (daily, weekly or monthly) for the agreed number of cycles.
- If the campaign terms require approval before posting, the creator first shares the content for approval and publishes it only after the brand approves it.
- The brand is notified in the app and either approves the delivery or requests changes within the agreed revision rounds. Once the brand approves a delivery, the brand must pay the creator directly within 3 days of approval.
- If a creator expects to miss a due date, they should tell the brand in the collaboration chat as early as possible. A due date changes only if the brand agrees. Whether deliveries are made on time is shown in the creator's track record.
Hyppe does not create the content or approve it on the brand's behalf, and is not responsible for delays caused by brands or creators.
Products sent by brands to creators
Some campaigns include a product for the creator to use or feature. These products are shipped by the brand, not by Hyppe.
- Cost and responsibility: the brand arranges and pays for shipping, and is responsible for the product until it reaches the creator. Creators should never be asked to pay for shipping, cash-on-delivery charges or a deposit to receive a product.
- Keep or return: the campaign terms say whether the creator keeps the product or must return it. Where the product must be returned, the brand arranges and pays for the return shipment, and the creator must take reasonable care of the product and hand it over as agreed.
- Shipping address: creators should share their address only in the collaboration chat after being hired. Brands must use it only to send the product.
- Timing: brands should dispatch products early enough for the creator to meet the due dates, and share tracking details in the chat. If a product arrives late, due dates may need to be adjusted by agreement.
- Damage or loss: loss, damage or delay in transit is a matter between the brand and its courier. Creators should promptly report a damaged, wrong or missing product to the brand in the chat, with photos where possible.
- Lawful products only: products must be genuine, safe, lawful and outside the prohibited categories in our Content & Disclosure Guidelines. A free product is a material connection with the brand, so content featuring it must carry a clear disclosure.
